The email model delivery now includes the parallel (Euro, GFS) runs, but keep in mind they typically run on delays in these test modes.  Add these to your email by going to My Account and Edit Profile (top right of SV page).

We are starting to receive parallel European model data for the July upgrade.  This data may not be reliable for delivery and output, especially initially, but you can keep an eye on it via the automated emails and the website.

GFS parallel operational model for future upgraded version (May 2017) now available in Medium range menu under GFS.  Note that delivery reliability is not guaranteed given experimental state.  More information on upgrade here.
