Find it under Features --> City/Region Plots --> Precip Matrix. Find an example here: https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/sv/precip-matrix/pcpdly/KORD/2021092300z/
2021-09-21 StormVista has added precipitation to the ensemble statistics page. The new contingency tables and line charts show probabilities for reaching different precipitation thresholds. See a New York City example here: https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/sv/ensemble-stats/precip/KLGA/2021092100z/gfs-ens/ Find these under Features ---> City/Region Plots --> Ensemble Statistics and choose Daily Precip under the Variable menu.
2021-09-21 New rivers overlay is available for forecast maps. Choose the Overlays button above the map to find the Rivers option on the lower right now.
2021-09-20 The power panels product on StormVista now includes an option for daily precipitation and probability of precipitation based on all ensemble members. Find under Features ---> City/Region Plots --> City/Region Power Panels See an example here: https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/sv/power-panels/KORD/2021091900z/precip
2021-09-17 Starting with today's 12z ensembles, we now have daily precipitation histograms in the city forecasts. Find these products under Features --> City/Region Plots --> Ensemble Histograms and then choose Daily Precip under the Variable dropdown menu. See an example here: https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/sv/ensemble-histograms/precip/KATL/2021091712z/1/
2021-09-16 New total QPF city forecasts are now available via the Spaghetti plots on StormVista. Find them under Features --> City/Region Plots --> Spaghetti Plots and choose Total QPF under the Variable option. You can toggle on ensemble members in the legend as well. https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/sv/city-plots/pcptot/KIAH/2021091612z/ These data are updating with the 9/16 12z cycle going forward.
2021-09-14 ERCOT and other ISO forecast comparisons are now available via the same-cycle compare menu options (to see how the official ERCOT outlook has changed over multiple days) and prior year ERCOT actuals are now a new line addition option. Find these two new features under the SV menu via Features --> Renewables --> Wind Generation or by going here: https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/sv/windgen/2021091412z/ercot
2021-09-13 New feature on SV found under Features --> Tropical Models allows you to track ensemble member storm positions more easily from hour to hour as well as see how the model has changed from cycle to cycle. https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/sv/tropical-buckshot/
2021-09-02 On single image pages, we've organized overlays into groups for easier access.  We've also added the ability to use multiple overlays at a time and the ability to color an overlay. See 'Overlay' button here as an example.
2021-08-31 The European parallel guidance (the future upgraded model) is now becoming available and will be showing up on StormVista over the next few weeks before the October 12th official upgrade. Please note that these runs will usually be slower than the main versions with varying delivery times.  Receiving the automated composite emails will help alert you to their availability (find that under My Account upper right of page). Please also note that the higher resolution data are not available, so we cannot calculate degree days yet. You can see all the maps though and the composites compared on the composite SV pages. Maps will be available under the Medium range menu on SV under the respective ECMWF and ECMWF ensemble options.
2021-08-23 Under Features --> Model Metrics you can now find two expanded coverage grid-correction pages for American/European operational/ensemble models. Choosing by Day # allows you to go back through 15 days of models to see how different forecast days verified. Choosing by Valid Date allows you to pick one date (like yesterday) and see how models performed over the past 15 days for that date (or pick earlier anchored dates too).
2021-08-20 You can now see closer-in views of the Henri situation this weekend on SV. Here is the latest GFS model example: https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/sv/model/gfs-suite/12z/floater/25-mslp-10-m-wind
2021-07-09 Precipitation option added to teleconnection historical composites on StormVista. See example here: https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/sv/teleconnection-composites/07-09/na/precip/ Find this under Features ---> Telecons and Forcing --> Historical Composites

2021-06-25 New page under Features ---> Model Metrics shows how well the grid-corrected forecasts performed for the prior day (Day 1 verifications). This is helpful to see how the models are handling significant temperature events like this weekend's big Pacific Northwest heat. See examples here: https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/sv/model-verification-day1/tmax/2021062400z
2021-06-22 New tropical cyclone tracks are available on the SV API for the American, European, and Canadian ensembles. Learn more on the SV API page: https://www.stormvistawxmodels.com/api#tropical
